These Terms & Conditions govern the Cyber Monday Store Credit Promotion (“Promotion”). By participating, you agree to all terms outlined below.

1. Promotion Overview

 

Eligible customers who make a qualifying purchase during the Promotion period will receive one (1) store credit based on the highest tier they reach.

Promotion valid for 24 hours only on Cyber Monday.

2. Credit Tiers

 

Customers will earn one store credit based on the single tier they qualify for:

Important rules:

 

 

• Credits do not stack, do not multiply, and cannot be combined.

• Customers receive only the credit from the single tier they reach, even if their purchase exceeds the minimum amount.

• Credits are issued once per qualifying purchase.

 

 

Examples:

 

 

• Spend $500 → $500 credit (not two $250 credits)

• Spend $700 → $500 credit

• Spend $2,000 → $1,000 credit (not two $1,000 credits)

3. Credit Expiration

 

All credits issued under this Promotion:

 

• Expire 90 days from the date they are granted

• Are void after expiration

• Cannot be reinstated, extended, or reissued

4. Redemption Requirements

 

To redeem a store credit:

 

• Customer must meet the minimum purchase requirement linked to the credit tier

• Credit may be redeemed once only

• Credit must be used in a single transaction

• Credits cannot be used on past purchases, gift cards, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly permitted

5. Limitations & Exclusions

 

 

• One credit per customer per purchase, regardless of cart size

• Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value

• Credits cannot be shared, gifted, exchanged, or sold

6. Fraud Prevention

 

The Promotion is intended for legitimate customer use only.

The company reserves the right to deny, revoke, or cancel credits if fraudulent or abusive activity is detected, including but not limited to:

 

• Creating multiple accounts or emails to repeatedly claim credits

• Manipulating order data or using false information

• Attempting to bypass tier limits or credit restrictions

• Any actions that violate the spirit or rules of the Promotion

 

Consequences for misuse may include:

 

• Loss of promotional credit

• Order cancellation

• Account suspension

• Additional penalties as permitted by law

7. Manual Verification & Issuance of Store Credits

 

All promotional store credits will undergo manual review and verification.

Please allow time for this process.

Store credits are not issued instantly.

After verification:

 

• You will receive an email confirming your store credit amount

• You will receive instructions on how to redeem your credit at checkout

• Credits will only be sent to the email address used on your order

 

We appreciate your patience as each credit must be manually created and assigned to ensure accuracy and prevent misuse.
