How do yall process Refunds / Exchanges ?
All sales are final. If your order includes the Shipping Protection & Free Exchanges add-on, you can exchange for a different size within 14 days of delivery — item unworn, tags on. That same add-on also covers a free reship if your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged. To request either, email profitmindedclothing@gmail.com with your order number. Not sure on sizing? Use the TRY IT ON button on the product page before you order.
What size do I need in a particular item ?
Most items will have a ‘Try it On’ Button located above the add to cart button.
This innovative feature allows the user to enter their height, weight, and gender allowing them to click each size to see which size best fits their needs.
