CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
All customers will be held to the same standard when it comes to understanding our terms and conditions for our policies. If there is any miscommunication or issues with the policies listed, they must be addressed to our company via. email: Profitmindedclothing@gmail.com. If the customer fails to contact us about any problems they have with our policies before they place their purchase, the issue will not be addressed or resolved.
** CUSTOMERS WARNING **
Emails about preorder production will be answered the very first time that a customer sends us an email about how long the production of a particular product may take and when expected delivery times are scheduled to happen. HOWEVER, any customer who emails us 2 or more times about how long an order will take to arrive to them, will automatically have their order refunded and you will not have the ability to receiving their desired product due to the customer not abiding to our shipping times and preorder process which is detailed vividly below on all products that will be collecting preorders. IMPORTANT PREORDER INFORMATION
Before all orders are placed on our website, customers have to check our terms order on their desired product. Customers will not be able to complete their purchase/preorder until they have selected this box and ALL customers are responsible for reading the terms and conditions, shipping turn around times, etc. before they check the box to complete their purchase. Details on shipping times will be listed vividly in detail on our policies page and in each customer's order confirmation which will be sent to them via. email. After purchasing any item, you are now fully committed to abiding by our shipping duration and will have to wait for the duration of the process to have your item delivered. For updates on your PREORDERED item(s), updates will be provided every single Monday on our website's homepage until all orders have been successfully shipped out to our loyal and patient customers. We also suggest you follow our INSTAGRAM: @ProfitMinded.Clo, where we will post updates every few days on the progress of your PREORDER. Any customer who sends us more than one email during the production time of any preordered item, will have their order be completed refunded and they will no longer have the ability to receive this particular item. BLACK FRIDAY '24 - SHIPPING TIMES / ITEM DELIVERIES
All our products available for our Black Friday '24 collection will be on hand and ready to ship to the customer until we run out of inventory for that particular product. After that particular product in its own color/size is sold out, customers will still have the ability to purchase their desired product for PREORDER. All Items that are On-Hand will be shipped no later than 1-2 weeks after the initial purchase date. All items that are PREORDERS will be vividly detailed on estimated ship dates and production times in the following paragraphs below. We are classified as a small business, and due to these circumstances...we do ask that all customers wait 5-10 business days before items ship out. We give this time frame based off of the owner of the business's life and unexpected delays with USPS shipping, etc. Once you have checked our terms and conditions box and personally agreed to the duration and process of this release, we then ask you to claim your purchase. Preorders will be collected on all sizes and color-ways of our SSN Zipups from Friday, Nov. 29th - Friday Dec. 6th. Production on all Preorders will begin starting on Saturday, Dec.7th and will take approximately 3-4 business weeks for production to be completely finished (times may be quicker depending on the amount of orders). Once all orders are completed, it will take approximately 1.5 weeks for orders to deliver to ProfitMinded.Clo Headquarters. Once all orders have been delivered to our shipping facility, they will then all be shipped out with USPS Priority Mail to all customers and will be expected to deliver within 3-5 business days (International Orders will take 10-15 business days).

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
When making any purchases through our company, all purchases are FINAL. This means if an item is labeled as a PREORDER in the description of that particular product, refunds, and chargebacks will not be accepted because we have installed a TERMS AND CONDITIONS box that is listed before completing your purchase saying that you accept the wait times and abide by our company’s PREORDER fulfillment
REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

POST-ORDER CHANGES & EDITS
If an order was placed and the size, address or incorrect it was placed incorrectly by the customer, there will be a $7 service fee to exchange your ordered size for the correct size. PLEASE, before you rush to make your purchase, double check your order before you place the submit order button to avoid these service fees.
